Monster Cleaning Solvent product overview

In case you’re like most home theatre enthusiasts and multimedia users, you need the absolute best performance out of your equipment. But when it comes to cleaning your TVs, camcorders, digital camera lenses, high definition screens, and different video displays, you may actually be damaging your gear and harming efficiency - especially if you use an ordinary window cleaner.

While these cleaners can remove most dirt and fingerprints, they usually depart distracting streaks - and even permanent scratches. I tried Monster Cleansing Solvent on my 50" plasma and initially it seemed to work pretty properly, but as I seemed closely at a reflection within the plasma glass I noticed streaks! In spite of everything of this, I went again to my outdated Mirachem Optix cleaner and a true microfiber material (the tighter weave sort that's used for lens cleaning). I did one half of the display solely and left the other aspect as it was from the Monster cleaner. After a number of hours I went to examine it once once more and there was the haze on the Monster aspect, but the side I sued my outdated cleaner on was clear. After I say haze, it isn't noticeable without the flashlight, so most folks wouldn't see it, however with a flashlight it is apparent, notably on the black band around the actual viewing area.

I have not tried this Monster Clean product on my LCDs and it may work nice on the plastic floor, as opposed to the glass of the plasma. For me, it is just not worth it.
